The guided tour comprises the abbey museum in the former Imperial Rooms, the Marble Hall and the library.
Length of the tour: ca. 1 hour.
The abbey church and the northern bastion can be visited individually.
From May to October also the abbey park can be visited. There is no additional charge for the abbey park and bastion if a ticket for the monastery has already been purchased.
The abbey park can be visited individually, there are no guided tours in the abbey park.

We strongly recommend that groups book in advance.
Melk Abbey is located directly on the bike path Passau-Vienna. Bike stands with lockers at the entrance to the abbey.
The large monastery parking lot (for 30 busses and 250 cars) is easily reachable from the highway (A1) and the main road (B1).
